Easter is a story of sacrifice, but also of new beginnings and hope. This year, especially, that message feels particularly pertinent. Although we can't travel for the holiday right now, we've rounded up nine Easter traditions that celebrate in colorful, spirited, and original ways---from kite festivals and giant omelettes to processions of costumed pets and animals. Many of these festivals and celebrations won't be able to take place as usual in 2020, but they're still worth planning a future trip for. We've also linked to recipes and activities you can use to bring their spirit into your own home---because we'll be doing the same. Link in bio. 📷: @mary_quincy
