By accessing or using TravelMe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.

TravelMe is a travel content and trip planning platform. We provide destination profiles, itinerary suggestions, travel guides, and links to third-party booking services. We are a content and planning tool, not a travel agency. We do not sell flights, hotels, or tours directly.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If someone accesses your account because your password was compromised, that is your responsibility, not ours.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account per person.

Most content on TravelMe (destination profiles, itineraries, blog posts) is generated by AI and reviewed by humans. This content is informational only. Prices, hours, availability, and travel conditions change constantly.

Always verify important details (visa requirements, safety advisories, booking terms) with official sources before making travel decisions. We do our best to keep things accurate, but we cannot guarantee every detail is current.

TravelMe contains affiliate links to third-party booking providers including Viator, Booking.com, and GetYourGuide. When you click these links and make a purchase, we earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

When you book through one of these links, your transaction is with that provider, not with us. Their terms of service, cancellation policies, and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their products, services, or customer support.

You may submit reviews, travel stories, and other content to TravelMe. You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the site.

Do not post content that is false, defamatory, illegal, or that infringes on someone else's rights. We can remove content that violates these terms without notice.

You agree not to:

• Scrape or bulk-download content from the site
• Use the site to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the site for any purpose that violates applicable law

TravelMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times, that content will be error-free, or that our recommendations will suit your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wildwood Development Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TravelMe. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, for free users, is zero).

You agree to hold Wildwood Development Co. harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the site.

We can suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
